1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Operator. CLUB33 is operated under the TWCBET / SYARIKAT group for platform management, service coordination, and related account, payment, and support functions.

1.2 By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Disclaimer, and Responsible Gambling policy.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the CLUB33 platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or play on CLUB33. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed and any funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration details, including your full legal name, mobile number, and any requested supporting information. Submitting false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts registered under the same identity, device, IP address, household, or payment channel may be closed, and associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. Online gambling is not regulated by Malaysian authorities. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of CLUB33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you represent that doing so is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be performed by you. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Verification & KYC (Know Your Customer)

3.1 Right to Verify. CLUB33 reserves the right to request identification documents, supporting account information, and payment ownership verification at any time, and to suspend account activity until verification is completed.

3.2 Verification Timing. Verification may be required before withdrawal approval or at any other time at our discretion. Supporting documentation may include valid identification and information reasonably required to confirm account or payment ownership.

3.3 Name Matching. Your registered account name must match the name on any bank account, e-wallet, or payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names will result in rejected transactions and may trigger account review.

3.4 Company Bank Accounts. Deposits and withdrawals using company, business, or third-party bank accounts are not accepted. Funds sent from such accounts may be rejected or forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Personal Payment Methods Only

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments, shared accounts, and company accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Supported Channels

CLUB33 supports DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, MAE, online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, BSN, Hong Leong, AmBank, Affin Bank, Bank Islam), and selected telco PIN reload options. Full current channel information is available on the Payment Methods page.

4.3 Minimums

Minimum deposit starts from RM1 on selected channels. Minimum withdrawal is RM30. Exact minimums may vary by payment channel and may change from time to time.

4.4 Processing Times

CLUB33 does not guarantee fixed processing times. Deposit and withdrawal processing may depend on the selected payment method, verification status, account review, and any active bonus turnover conditions. Withdrawal review may include manual review for security or compliance reasons.

4.5 Fees

CLUB33 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on the platform side. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or telco may apply their own charges depending on the channel used.

4.6 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.7 Failed or Delayed Transactions

If a transaction is delayed or unsuccessful, please contact support with transaction details for review. Withdrawals held for verification or turnover review do not constitute a failure of the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, promotions, VIP rewards, leaderboard events, cashback, rebate, referral programs, and related offers are subject to the specific terms listed on the Bonus Terms page.

5.2 Bonus eligibility, turnover requirements, maximum claim caps, game restrictions, and expiry rules may vary between campaigns and may change without prior notice.

5.3 Bonuses cannot be stacked with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, exploit mechanics, or violate promotion rules may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any related winnings.

5.4 Game restrictions commonly apply - most bonuses are valid for slot games only, with live games, table games, sports, lottery, fishing games, and buy-feature/angpao/wilds gameplay typically excluded.

6. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

  • Multiple accounts: operating more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address
  • Bonus abuse: exploiting promotions, wagering loopholes, or bonus mechanics, including collusion with other accounts
  • Third-party payments: using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder
  • Company bank accounts: using business or corporate bank accounts for deposits or withdrawals
  • Automation: use of bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial gameplay tools
  • Identity fraud: registering under false identity, stolen documents, or impersonation
  • Money laundering: depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay, or any activity that resembles money laundering
  • Chargebacks: initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes after gameplay
  • Arbitrage or exploitation: attempting to exploit game errors, software glitches, or platform bugs
  • Breach of platform security: attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its systems

CLUB33 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to void transactions, winnings, or bonuses found to be the result of prohibited activity.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 CLUB33 may suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, prohibited activity, abuse, or fraud.

7.2 Where an account is closed due to violation of these Terms, any remaining balance, bonus, or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The CLUB33 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". No warranty, express or implied, is given regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform, games, or related content.

8.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, CLUB33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, gameplay progress, data, or opportunity, whether arising from technical glitches, internet outages, software errors, third-party service disruptions, or user error.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

Gaming should be approached as entertainment only, never as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

10. Changes to These Terms

10.1 CLUB33 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates take effect upon publication on the platform.

10.2 Continued use of CLUB33 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

11. Dispute Resolution & Contact

11.2 Good Faith Resolution. CLUB33 will review complaints in good faith and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12.1 CLUB33 may rely on internal account records, transaction logs, gameplay history, communication records, and technical data when reviewing disputes, verification issues, suspected fraud, or platform misuse.

12.2 In the event of a discrepancy, the platform’s internal records shall be used as a reference point for review, subject to applicable law and any supporting evidence provided by the Player.
